It´s been 10 weeks since I had a nice run. Back then I felt an injury that made me stay away from my training for the longest period so far. But this morning I grabbed my shoes and had an easy 5k run without any pain during or after.
And now I´m ready to return to my training. I have to go through some adaptation period (I´m probably really slow now!) and that´s what I´m discussing with TheEd at Time-to-Run.
