Recovery time

After amazing 20 days of vacation, I´ve returned to Sao Paulo and to my routine. And with that, my home phisio with ice and some exercises.

My left foot is not completely healed yet. The good news is that I´m feeling better now, especially during the first days of my trip when I was walking a lot while visiting some cities.

I went out last night for a run, 6k in 35 minutes and clearly noticed I lost a lot of my performance. Low pace, high bpm. But that I already knew.

I could only schedule phisio sessions at the clinic from July 11th on. Until then, I´ll maintain easy runs every other day.

Once again, committed to my recovery.

Better days are coming….
